Marlett is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Foot Zone Practitioner based in Boone, Iowa. She discovered breathwork after attending Breathwork 101 and was deeply moved by the transformative experience, inspiring her to pursue this path. Specializing in nervous-system–safe, trauma-informed healing and anxiety support, Marlett is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner sense of safety using techniques that promote whole-body balance.
